WTR

The Vent-Tech Model WTR clean water valve combines thirteen years of manufacturing experience with advanced Patented and Patent Pending flow designs. The Model WTR was engineered to expand and improve the technological advances of the flat float air/vacuum valve. For valve sizes 3-inch and larger, we recommend using the Model WTW.

WZR

The Vent-Tech Model WZR clean water valve incorporates the “Z-ValveTM” technology into our standard Model WTR. While the Model WTR improves the Vacuum Flow Performance of the flat float design, the Model WZR goes further by reducing the minimum pressures required to achieve a gas tight seal. Like the Model WTR, the model WZR consists of a valve barrel sandwiched between two flanges and held together by tie rods. The Model WZR valve is excellent when exotic materials are required and limited welding during manufacture is beneficial.

This model is engineered to seal at 0 psi, delivering true zero-pressure sealing performance in potable water systems.

WTW

The Vent-Tech Model WTW clean water valves are air release and vacuum break valves designed to provide surge protection and seal at three (3) psi hydraulic head. The Model WTW was engineered to expand and improve the technological advances of the Model WTR flat float air/vacuum valve. If the HGL is expected to be consistently maintained above ~5 psi then use a Model WTW valve, otherwise we recommend specifying the WZW. Now available thru 16-inch.

WZW

The Vent-Tech Model WZW clean water valves are air release and vacuum break valves designed to provide surge protection and seal at zero hydraulic head (i.e. no reliance on a minimum pipeline pressure to achieve seal). If the HGL is expected to be consistently maintained above ~5 psi then use a Model WTW valve, otherwise we recommend specifying the WZW. Now available thru 16-inch.

RAW

The Vent-Tech Model RAW raw water valves were designed specifically for use in raw water installations. We define raw water as water that has not been treated for human consumption and is sourced directly from the environment. This includes rainwater, groundwater, surface water, effluent, well water, lakes, and/or rivers. The Vent-Tech Model RAW valve is designed to handle normal environmental debris, such as leaves, twigs, silt, and similar organic materials commonly found in raw water. However, it is important to note that this valve is not intended for use with raw sewage. Raw sewage refers to untreated wastewater containing human waste, industrial debris, grease, and/or other contaminants.
